Since 2004, our 888-995-HOPE (4673) hotline has been serving American consumers as an unbiased, trusted resource for housing counseling. Ever since the HOPE hotline was selected in 2007 to engage homeowners as part of the federal government’s response to the housing crisis, more than nine million have come to know and rely on us. In 2015, in response to market need, our 844-995-HOME (4663) hotline counselors began to coach consumers on how to strengthen financial health before purchasing a home. We’re dedicated to providing best-in-class housing counseling or coaching programs supported by cutting-edge technology. Every business day, more than 1,200 people now approach our hotlines so that they may continue to enjoy the benefits of home.
